Black Friday 2010 - WAGS

The Walgreens Register Rewards game is much more challenging and time consuming than CVS, but well worth it in the end! Today we started out with 5 RR (Register Rewards = WAGS Cash), charged $14.13 to our AMEX and left with 2.50 RR. Total cost for all products was $16.63. Now to me that was disappointing until I remembered that we paid $2.50 each for the Red Barron pizzas, which Greg devours. These typically run over $3 at Walmart, so he insisted we stock up at this price. If you take those out of the picture, we only paid $1.63 for all of the products below. CHA-CHING!

So, we are now addicted to saving money and cannot fathom paying a dime for items like toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, etc. The only downfall to all of this ... ever see that show "Hoarders"? ... we're going to be featured on an episode soon if we're not careful!!! Seriously, planning a garage sale in the early spring, so our house doesn't end up looking like a drug store!!!!!!!!
